Stream Live TV Online For Free
Live streaming is all the craze right now. Before long I believe that some cable providers will start offering a TV package that is accessible online. This alone will cause many people to cancel their cable packages and start streaming TV over the internet much similar to how Netflix operates currently only for live programming.
Most people pay for 200+ channels on a cable package but only end up watching 5 - 10 of those channels. It's a huge waste of money to be paying for a bunch of stuff we don't need. If TV was paid for on a per channel basis this would save people a lot of money by only paying for the channels they want to see.
This will revolutionize the industry and I'm assuming the first TV provider that offers this will dominate the market and put other providers out of business. I personally only have TV for live sports, and I wish there was a more affective way to watch my sports than by getting a huge TV package just to watch Football.
Many things are already streamed online, TV shows (after airing), Movies, live events, video clips, and more. The technology that is available now is causing more and people to demand an easier way to get the entertainment they want to see. Many websites such as Fox, NBC, ABC Family, Comedy Central, and others are streaming shows directly from their sites all the while they still make money from commercials shown before and after the episodes.
In conclusion; somebody needs to start offering an online streaming TV package. It would have a huge customer base and before long it would completely dominate the traditional market.
